COVID-19 Updates

IMPORTANT: Following the announcement of a third national lockdown, from Sunday 17th January, park&ride300 service connecting Pear Tree and Redbridge Park&Ride sites with Oxford City Centre was suspended until further notice. However, park&ride400 (serving Thornhill and Seacourt Park&Ride) and park&ride500 (serving Oxford Parkway) will continue to operate to their current timetables. Park&ride period and multi-trip passes are valid for use at all Oxford's Park&Ride sites.

Passengers wishing to continue using Redbridge Park&Ride are advised to use the Thames Travel X2, X32 and ST1 or Oxford Bus Company cityX3 services to travel to Oxford City Centre. During the time of this suspension, park&ride period and multi-trip passes will be valid for use on the X2, X32, ST1 and cityX3 services.

Also:

  • The 2 To Go and park&ride 72 hours return tickets will not be available to purchase on non-park&ride services. However, any park&ride 72 hours return tickets issued prior to the withdrawal of the service will be accepted.
  • The £2.80 park&ride fare will not be available on the X2, X32, ST1 or cityX3 services. Customers interested by this ticket can use Freeflow which will apply the park&ride300 cap on any journeys between Redbridge Park&Ride and Oxford City Centre.
  • The “kids go free” offer will not be available on the X2, X32, ST1 or cityX3 service as this is valid for park&ride services only.
  • We will continue to accept any Park&Bus tickets which are sold via the machines at the Park&Ride site on any Oxford Bus Company or Thames Travel services calling at Redbridge Park&Ride during the time of this suspension.
